Ergodyne - EGO19310 Retractable Tool Lanyard with Belt Loop Clip is a lightweight and extremely durable tethering solution designed to mount to your belt or the webbing of a fall protection harness. Lanyard tethers tools weighing up to 0.5 lb. (0.23 kg) in a retracted state. It prevents tools weighing 5 lb. (2.26 kg.) from falling when working at heights. Aluminum carabiner with double-action, self-locking gate connects to tools. Fixed, belt loop mount slips onto rated belts up to 2" wide. Retractable cord is made of high-strength, cut-resistant Dyneema with a protective sleeve over the exposed cord to reduce wear and tear. Durable, ABS plastic housing is textured for better grip and protects the internal workings of the retraction. Tapered cord exit limits concrete and other debris from entering. Retractable cord reaches up to 48" (122 cm). Trigger switch locks cord in place. Lanyard is tested and approved to ANSI/ISEA 121 standard for tool safety while at heights to prevent dropped objects.
