Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging and meet our restocking eligibility requirements.

Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and part details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Securely pack the industrial components in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Send your package via a trackable carrier to our designated processing center; we recommend insuring high-value industrial equipment against transit damage.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
